- Desirable: Diploma in Company Law / Labour Laws / Public Administration.

Duties of APFC
Enforcement, Recovery, Accounts, Administration, Cash, Legal, Pension aur Computer related statutory & administrative kaam — jaise inquiry conduct karna, claims settle karna, General Administration, Cash Book maintenance, Bank Reconciliation, MIS returns, etc.
Selection Process
- Recruitment Test (RT) — Pen & Paper based, Objective Type (Multiple Choice)
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Total Marks: 300 (75% weightage)
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark deducted per wrong answer

- Interview — 100 Marks (25% weightage)

- Common Application Form (CAF) fill karo — general details, photo, aur live photo capture
- Signature (3 baar plain white paper par black ink se) scan karke upload karo
- Post-specific (4th) module fill karo is vacancy ke liye
- Required documents PDF format mein upload karo (Date of Birth proof, Degree certificate, Category certificate, etc.)
